Energy Sessions

Service Description

Offered virtually or in-house outdoor sessions, these Sound/Light Energy Sessions bring your body back to a state of equilibrium and harmony. This higher frequency blast on the body relaxes and transforms the energy centers, mind, body, and emotions, in 20/30/40 minute intervals. The Energy Session is followed by a ten-minute consult to acclimate and settle anything that comes up for you in the session. Lucinda often offers you knowledge or a tool to support further exploration in your healing.
